    Absolute nightmare of a company. My taxes required two amendments leaving thousands of dollars out of my pocket due to their repeated negligence. Communication was at times completely absent (ignored emails, phone calls, & online portal messages), taking over SIXTY days to get a resolution at one point. They have refused to take any responsibility for their errors, evening going as far as blaming me for not bringing up specific expenses initially, despite having no way to know they would be relevant given I am not the tax expert being paid over $500 to complete the services. The operations manager was been incredibly disrespectful & passive aggressive throughout our communication (quotes from correspondences copied below). In the end, I reached out to the founder of the company to voice my concerns with how the entire situation was handled- his response? “Ýeah- appropriately caught in the Spam filter (smiley face emoji). Long ramble”. The accuracy, communication, and overall customer service of this business is not worth a single star, and I hope people look elsewhere for their tax service needs to avoid the headache and astronomic waste of resources that I have experienced with this company.
