    I purchased a vehicle from them and she made a down payment of $1,100 and she was not informed until afterwards that the sales tax ($500) would be a separate payment. One of the employees told her that she could pay extra along with her car note bi-weekly. They never informed her that her first 3 payments $200 was applied to the sales tax and they reported her to the credit bureau stating that she’s late on her car note after paying $300 today at which they could not explain what the $300 was for but was adamant that if she didn’t pay $220 tomorrow then she would be late again. They are very unprofessional and when asking for clarification they hung up in my face twice.

    First attachment listed is the collection notes that was immediately done following the phone call in question.  Customers mother made it impossible for us to hear or respond to customer.  The mother was cussing and yelling in the background and customer was told that we could not speak to mother. Second attachment shows the customers payment history and payment schedule that was immediately sent to customer via email following phone call.  Third attachment is the customers retail installment contract that clearly shows in the very beginning (highlighted) customers payment amount and the deferred $500.  Fourth attachment shows clearly on page 2 the breakdown of all charges that the customer will be responsible for in the sale. And lastly the customer is given an additional deferred agreement to sign to show that the customer is in full understanding of the deferred down payment in this case $500.  We have also attached a copy of the customers ID to show that it was indeed the customers signature listed on all forms.  Please let us know if you need anything else that may help with this matter.  Thanks Michael B*****
