    I am sorry you feel that way. As I said before we can't please everyone, certainly not you. We tried and tried to talk to you as you were cutting my secretary off and speaking nasty to her. Your complaint is that the part didn't come in when you wanted it to. It didn't come in as quick as we wanted it to but that is out of our hands and we have absolutely no control over it. On top of the delay it was during the holidays which delayed it even more. As far as our business and customer service we went above and beyond and tried to apologize for something out of our control but you made it absolutely impossible to do so. We ordered the part when it was approved, we called as soon as the part arrived and did everything on our end but that was not good enough. I am not sure how we were suppose to do anything else other than what we did. The issue was the arrival time and again that is out of our control. You called on a holiday weekend and my technician was out there same day to diagnose problem. I'm not sure how you can say that is bad service? Customer service and making sure our customers are happy with the service is our top priority but as I said before there is always a few no matter how above and beyond you go they are never happy and that is the situation here.
