    I agree with Laurie G. They took a $25K deposit from us and we have nothing. We were about to give them another deposit of nearly $12K just a week ago when we say the news article about a class action lawsuit against them. We have tried many times to contact them only to be ignored. We have now asked for a refund. No response.

    They took our money and left us with a half installed pool. They cheated customers out of hundreds of thousands of dollars. Never do business with them or their family.

    DO NOT use this company. The're not reputable, The lie by making promises they wont keep. They will ghost you if you have any issues. Our pool is a complete disaster and will cost thousands to be repaired. As it is bowing and two 20 ft lengths on each side of the pool are collapsing. They will not return phone calls or text messages. We've gone to their office several times and the doors are always locked. Sign says call to make an appointment. When you call they don't answer their phone. obviously their never there. We are very disgruntled as we know they are avoiding us and all the damage they created. I would definitely give them negative stars if they were available. But a star must by given in this format.

    I’m filing lawsuit for non-performance today. Paragraph they were discarded with approximately $70,000 of cash and performed less than $30,000 worth of work. Currently apparently they’re lawsuit with river pool company prevents them from honoring the warranty period paragraph it appears that they are gone.
