"I went to precision auto care on **** **** at Spartanburg sc on the 12 of april 2025 … they diagnosed my car within 2 mins and told me it was my radiator so me being a woman o trusted their word , got new one and it was still leaking before I left shop he told me it was where he spilled coolant so i said ok … I got home and 30 mins later the coolant was on the ground … you went back instantly and my car was than put in the air for the first time and he tell me it’s my water pump … and excepted me too pay 1400 more dollars when he misdiagnosed my car … The manager Paul was very rude I couldn’t get a corporate number or district manager number and I thought that was very odd … I’m looking to take legal action because I’m a single mother and that was my last … I’ve reached out to corporate a number a ******* and couldn’t reach any one … I don’t recommend no one to this precision auto care …." ... "I took my car to this precision tune and they called me constantly to pick it up the cost of repairs was more then I could afford i went to my bank to borrow the money. The manager Pauly call my job every hour for two day texting my phone about what time I was picking up my car." ... Read full review
