    George & his wife are nice to deal with, real human beings! Sometimes people forget this when we hire other people to do jobs. We've had them treat our home quarterly over 2 years now & the job gets done. We have 4 kids & dog, never an issue and very happy with the service. **** * **

    Terrible customer service - does not come when he says he will or at all. I'm currently not sure what to do about our termite bonding as he has walked away with our $1400 to initiate the termite bonding but will not come back to keep it up to date. I have reached out to him on numerous occasions to return for the update. We had already stopped using him for regular pest control because he is so unreliable.

    After assuring this customer her termite bond was never in jeopardy and offering to renew it this year at no cost of the annual fee customer refused all our offers and chose to cancel her bond.
