      I had the best experience at Jervey Eye Group on Halton Rd. In Greenville, SC. Needed a re exam because my prescription for my new glasses were not right. The front office receptionist, Bessie was so kind and got me a re examine within minutes. The eye technician was also so kind and caring. I even passed Dr. Gustove in the hallway and he acknowledged me. Even the optician was wonderful. Highly recommend them.

      They over charge and then try to collect more on what you have already paid

      Our Billing Company allocated surgery payments incorrectly. This has been corrected on the patients account. The balance due on the patient's account is in insurance review for her frames and lenses only. The Director of Operations is making a follow up call to the patient to make sure everything has been handled in a timely manner. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
