    Have been using this company for many years. I also have sent many a customer to them. Always great service.

    I have now had to purchase 4 of the jumbo size brick mailbox doors due to them not staying closed. I have spent over $400 and could have had my stone mailbox rebuilt with that cost. They use a tiny magnet to close the lid and after about 1 month it no longer holds the weight. This is a beautiful mailbox lid but it doesn't work. I have called and left messages with the company and spoke to someone and they don't care. I would NOT recommend this product to anyone until they fix the magnet to stay closed with the weight of the Jumbo door.
