    I ordered food through the Little Caesars app. Door Dash was to deliver it. I got a message from the delivery person saying someone already picked up my order. I met the Dasher at Little Caesars to find out where my order was. The manager told me the same, that it was already picked up and he could not re-make my order. While I was outside calling Door Dash another customer came out and told me that the manager was inside making fun of me in front of other workers and customers. The whole time my Door Dasher was standing next to me. I went in to confront him, but he wouldn't come up front. The next day I called corporate and gave a verbal complaint as well as I left a written complaint. About a week later I got a text message from someone claiming to be the owner, telling me that it was a Door Dash problem that I did not get my order. Very unprofessional to text, not call. I text back to by all means call me and I will explain what really happened. I have got no other contact.
