"Do not stay here I booked a room online put it for none smoking nd they put me in a smoking room with my 3yr old every surface was disgusting I had to sanitize the whole room the rooms heater was broken so I had to use a mini heater they refused to fix it at all they gave us dirty linine to put on my son and I beds the curtains are so brown nd saturated with tobacco the top two blankets were as brown as the curtains the I called numerous times to switch rooms every time they said they would call me back and never did the ice machines are also broken I got food for my son and I and I couldn't use the fridge like I should have because there is a huge block of ice in it the house keeper took MY towels that I washed myself and bought myself and refused to give them back nd told me I HAVE to check out on sat and then told me on camera in the office that she was tired of talkING to (YOU PEOPLE) When they finally switched us rooms I had to sweep mop and sanitize the room I mopped twice and black water blood on walls and dirty towels and they also refuse to give us more I have videos and pictures i asked for compensation for sticking us there she refused I asked for extra days she refused she also knows that my son and I were abandoned here and I'm not from here and have no car so she feels that she can treat me and my son like less of human beings. To tell a person I have to leave when I did nothing wrong at all nd cleaned for them that housekeeper only has to sweep and wipe off the mirror and she is treating me like I did something to her and rudely walked away as I was asking for my property back she did not do so at all now I'm forced to use disgusting stained up towels." ...
