      No Stars for Palmetto Pros and their owner Dave C***. Wrote a contract with them in Jan 2024 to complete my siding and gave them a deposit of over 5K. After months of hearing the special order siding is coming, he texts me in April that it is no longer available and I would need to order something else. I called the mfg and ***** hardware to find out he never ordered the siding, it has a 4 week lead time, and now he was trying to get me to purchase something he could get in a few days. I requested my money returned as he lied and admitted he lied to us, using our money to fund his operations. It took two weeks and two checks to get my money back. Unfortunately, I also had him construct a shed under my deck, while waiting for the siding, which he was unable to complete and make water proof after Three return trips, and it still leaks today. He may be able to cut down trees but don’t hire these folks for anything else… and don’t leave him a deposit. NO STARS… run from Palmetto Pros and Dave C***.

      They did excellent work! Took 2 trees down and trimmed a third one. Took the limbs and trash away, raked the sites, and in general left it better than before. Very knowledgeable workers who did the job just right. Highly recommended. Will use them again!!!

      I highly recommend these guys! I asked for recommendations for tree removal and stump grinding in a local community page. Several people recommended their services and when I checked their reviews online, I saw that they had great reviews from previous customers. I contacted them on Facebook and they immediately responded. They quickly provided a quote that was in line with what other companies were charging. I had to wait a couple of weeks because they were booked (a good sign!) but Dave Cook contacted me a few days before they were ready to begin to confirm that the dates they were available were convenient for me. The team showed up on time on the day they were scheduled to arrive and the crew that was working was extremely curteous and professional. They completed the job on time and cleaned the entire area when they were done. I was able to Venmo payment to them which was convenient and easy. Excellent service. I will definitely refer them to others and use them in the future.
