  So we went on my brother bachelor party this weekend. His fiance went to Charleston. My cousin that went with her parked in a spot checked for signs to make sure she could park without payment. She woke up this morning and her car was towed. She went down there had the conversation with them. Their signs were tucked in the woods. Also it is a 2020 kia forte my cousin worked hard for. They damaged the bumper and plastics in the fender well and the main plastic under the motor. She stated it was a brand new car because she bought it two months ago and he responded it’s a 2020 it’s not brand new stupid it’s literally 2024 lol. He claims he’s ready for court but with the rating they have online something needs to be done about him and his business. I get she was parked illegally. But for one don’t hide your signs and haul it the right way. They’ve damaged it and was rude to all the girls treating them like they know nothing. Something needs to be done about Ron with cbr!

  This company is taking ppl car charging different prices. My car was took saying my tag was expired but it was not someone took off my decal on my tag. The company can run tags a did not and charge me 205 to get my. My mom car got took the next day for the same thing but they left some of the sticker on it where you can tell someone pulled it off I have pictures of it and they charged 175 to get her car out. Not only that they said they only take cash, cash app or Venmo we don’t do debit if you have a card you can use our atm inside. Which has a fee also this company is full of crap and they out here taking advantage off people property. The manger for this company is rude nasty and don’t know how to talk to people he called me out my name saying nasty words hung up on me a few times as I kept calling back. They need to be stopped and put out of business because this company is doing shady things.

  A joke to say the least. They put signs up on these businesses acting like they will enforce parking violations and then never do. We called about a car blatantly breaking the law by parking in the striped area of the handicap spots and this company said they would send someone and never did. They are a joke and should not be trusted by companies to partner with. Find a better partner that will actually uphold parking violations like they claim.

  Predatory and illegal business operation. Steals peoples’ cars off their own property if their tag sticker isn’t up to date (even if they’ve paid and are waiting for it in the mail). Even police don’t do this, the usually give a warning/ write a ticket/ check the database FIRST to see if the tag has been renewed. Unprofessional all around, sketchy business practices. They drive through our neighborhood several times/day (and in the middle of the night) just looking for vehicles to tow. They search through cars with flashlights just looking for a reason to tow. It seems as though they are in Lahore with our HOA Board. They damage cars while loading to tow, then deny it. And here’s the kicker- in order to get your car back from these THIEVES, you have to pay them CASH ONLY, AND sign a waiver of liability BEFORE you inspect your car for damage. They will not allow you to see your car until you’ve signed the liability waiver. Beware of this company.

  This business is very shady and the owner is horrible. He speaks rudely and doesn't treat his employees fair. I have personally witnessed him using profanity and not being kind or respectful to his team.

  On Sunday 08/31/2022, I parked at the lot beside the post office in Isle of Palms. Myself with several other cars were parking there and only mine got towed where that was NO SIGNS saying that you couldn't park there or else your car would be towed. Then I call CBR Towing and they charged me $275.00 CASH ONLY (which sounds like a scam or at least very suspicious) to take my car back to the same area. When I questioned the driver where was the sign saying that I couldn't park where I parked he says "the PALM TREES "tells" you couldn't park there". Funny fact, there are palm trees all over any island you go to in Charleston and anywhere you go you'll see signs at the areas that you can't park. The people working for them are rude and will not even consider that maybe some more signage should be put up. With that being said, I'd like to file a complaint towards this company and I'd like a refund. This is ridiculous and completely inappropriate.
