    I wish there were negative stars! This site should be shut down! No return policy. I wish I would have checked BBB before ordering. Thank goodness it's under $30

    I ordered a product from this company & it said standard shipping 10-14 days. I ordered this on December 26, 2024, I have sent numerous emails & I have also called & twice, the 1st time I called I was told that I would be issued a credit of $18.97 to my credit card & my order should arrive in 3 weeks, well here it is January 29, 2025 & I still have not received my order. I called again today & was on hold for 40 minutes before I spoke to a customer service representative & told them to cancel my order & send me an email confirming the cancellation of my order & the credit they said they would put back on my credit card. I gave 1 start but in all reality the do not deserve any stars

    My order placed 12/15 just delivered. It was the wrong item. They refuse to send me a postage paid return label so I can get a refund. They also tried to charge me again this morning.

    I ordered a product from Honey and Pine, did not receive it and was charged a subscription fee a few days later, and there was nothing on their website that said anything about it and I didn't authorize it. I can see why they are not BBB Accredited. Wish I'd checked here first. I sent 4 emails, called different numbers and no answer, 53 minutes with them saying a representative will be with you shortly. They don't even deserve the 1 star.

    This company charged my credit card $30 without my permission stating I signed up for a subscription (which I never did). I contacted CS and no one answered the 1st day. Second day a lady answered and told me she can only give me back 30% refund on my “subscription” purchased that I DID NOT purchase. She then placed me on only and then hung up. I tried calling back and was listening to the waiting music for over 3 hours. I will be contacting my CC company to dispute the charge.

    Never received my order! Company never answered phone or responded! While I was waiting for my order. my bank sent me a fraud alert said this company tried to use my debit card without my approval! I had to order new debit card because this company has frsuf charges. DO NOT ORDER FROM HONEY AND PINE

    I been waiting 3 weeks for my order, they don't answer the phone, just stay on hold for a representative. I believe I been SCAMMED ??.

    This company took money from my bank without consent or my knowledge. I'm 69 Senior citizen, I ordered makeup 9.99,then immediately cancelled it through email, but they said they couldn't bc it was processing. No phone #, then next day I opened my bank account I saw 29.99 taken from me without consent. No info as to what it was about. All I can do is email, so I told my bank and they are going to dispute it. Nothing yet.
