    I am writing to share some feedback regarding a recent interaction. During my communication with Shalaura, I noticed her responses were quite terse and lacked the usual professionalism. This made the experience less pleasant and somewhat challenging. It appears that she does not demonstrate the expected level of respect towards clients. I understand that everyone can have off days, but this interaction has led me to consider taking my business elsewhere.
