    Do not use Ultimate Gutter Guard by Southern.
    I have a $12,000.00 tub and enclosure that was poorly installed, incorrect water valve installed that only provides luke warm water and the tub stopper does not work!
    Poor customer service. Supposedly one service tech in the area. He was supposed to be at my home at 11:00 am but no show and no contact.
    I called the office to be told he is in Mt. Pleasant and can't help me until this afternoon. Office can't tell me why he wasn't here on time and why I wasn't contacted about delay.
    Company has NO concern about customer's time after getting paid!!
    Don't use these frauds!
    The "technician" called an apologized for "forgetting" my appointment! I asked how he could forget an appointment if he wrote his schedule down. No answer. Said he could probably be there between 2:00 and 3;30pm. Obviously the customers time is unimportant to this idiot.
    Manager called and I asked why his customers time was unimportant to them after they were paid. Unable to answer. He was unable to answer how his "technician" can forget appointments if they are scheduled. Promised my appointment was scheduled.
    Again, avoid these people.
