"I purchased bangles bracelet from Caribbijou and my shipment was tampered with I place and ordered for a cleaning cloth which I didn’t receive I emailed customer service about this situation and I was told I wasn’t charged for the cleaning cloth however I purchased another order and stated the directions for this order IT was canceled stated that they cannot meet my need for my second order concerning the cleaning cloth WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS IS THIS THEY NEVER INVESTIGATE WHAT HAPPENED TO THE FIRST CLEANING CLOTH AND BECAUSE I STATED THAT I SPEND OVER TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS WITH THIS COMPANYFAHEEM CANT BE THE OWNER OF THIS BUSINESS WITHOUT LOOKI G INTO THE SITUATION DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY Customer service is the WORST"
