"It’s currently 100 degrees outside and I contacted the company that just installed a brand new unit in my home and i’ve been advised I have to wait 2 days for them to come out and re service the unit and to make me feel better the manager tells me we get 200 calls a day of them 200 calls you get who has already paid for service that’s not properly working customer service is a 0 and clearly work quality too!"
