    Takes the Payment promptly but: No Call - No Show - No Answer My son is in college in Charleston, and needed to leave his dorm after 5AM for a 6:30AM flight. Because the timing was tight - I chose for a car service rather than risking an Uber driver at 5AM. I scheduled Chariots of Charleston a couple of days in advance for a 5 am pick-up. I was asked if I wanted to leave a tip, in advance - which I did - 20%. Payment was taken promptly - and I received a receipt At 5AM - Nobody showed - No phone call - No answer when calling. My son was left at the curb. When calling to complain and to get a refund - I spoke with the owner, Mr Hunter. I barely received an apology - I was not provided an explanation when asked what went wrong. When asked how he would make this up to us - 'the next ride is on us' - Thanks but no thanks, Apparently customer service is a foreign concept to this company. Based on my sole experience with this company, I find them unreliable and unprofessional.
