Hey *****. If I remember correctly, you called days before you booked and asked a handful of questions. One of those questions was what happens if the weather is bad? I believe I specifically told you if you book through us, we can help you out. But if you book through a third party, our hands are tied because we are unable to change reservations made through a third party. Yet you still made your reservation through a third party. So the day of you drive to the wrong location, you finally show up 30 minutes late, put your wetsuits on, and then decide you wont get into the water. We would never put anyone out in unsafe conditions- we want to continue business and putting someone in unsafe conditions is not a way to do this. In 12 years of business we have never had anywhere near a close call in the water because we value safety as our number one priority. The signs for no swimming are there for the masses. When you get in the water with us, you are with a surf instructor who is also trained as a lifeguard, as well as having a very large flotation device strapped to you (your surfboard). Again, if you had booked directly through us we could have been more flexible on changing your reservation date, but you did not take my advice. When you called me at the beach to tell me you didnt want to get in the water, I told you to give us a call next time youre in town and we would get you guys out on another ****** free of charge. While I understand your frustration, calling us fraudsters and con men is quite a stretch. Never the less, if theres anything else we can do to make this right, please let me know and email me at **********************************************************
