Guys came out to give me an estimate on a small leak repair job. 90% of the conversation was them boasting about how great their business was and that they haven't had a complaint in 40 years. Well, then here's their first: I was told they would call and be out Monday afternoon... 3 days later, no call, no repairs, no contact. I gave the second star based on the fact that EVERY BUSINESS ***** these days, but at least they came to give an estimate in a timely manner.
