    Worst management company. Theyre lazy, they make mistakes and blame you. They dont care if youre a good tenant, theyll find any way they can to s**** you over. They dont communicate. Hardly ever respond. They dont answer or return calls. Rarely have maintenance come when requested. If the off chance they do, they dont tell you and maintenance randomly shows up without notice.

    As we responded to your ****** review as well as your correspondence to our company, We have reviewed our records and show that all maintenance requests were closed as completed, and that all forms of communication had been used in correspondence with you. We take our responsibility to both our tenants and owners very seriously. This is why when a tenant has balances owed we do send notice of unpaid rent or offer a payment plan for any fees that are not for your monthly rent amount. That being said while we are able to work with our tenants on any fees owed we cannot allow rent to go unpaid and the evictions process must be followed. As stated in the email that has been sent to you in response to your effort to speak to one of our Directors, every tenant is advised on their deposit notice letter that if they feel they were charged unfairly they are able to send in a written dispute to our office for review and possible adjustment to be made to any balances owed if those charges are found invalid. At this time we have not received any such notice, only statements such as the one in this review. Again we are happy to speak with you further if you would like to reach out to our office.
