    I rent through Match and have had nothing but great experiences. I highly recommend renting through them. I am not sure why there are negative reviews as I had nothing but great experiences with them the past 2 1/2 years.

    Moved in to last tenants things in the storage and pantry. They didnt power wash the enclosed patio in which had an ant hill inside. Also, the owner didnt want to paint the pantry closet which had scuff marks from top to bottom. Its going on two months and we dont have the mailbox key. It seems to not be a priority to them. The property manager told me personally she would take care of getting the mailbox key and now she is always unavailable when I call. When I call they say theyre going to call me back and they never do, I have to continue to call to get something done. Ive never dealt with a property management that is unprofessional and uncoordinated before. I would not recommend this business to no one.

    great management company . Match Property managers are licensed contractors along with license state *****************************************. they care about their clients, their homeowners and their tenants. Ive never seen a management company go out of their way to do the things they do to help people. I seen another review on here about them and I can assure you that is not how they operate. If you look at the reviews on ******* theyre one of the top rated management companies in ************

    We used Match Property Managers for 1 year and it was a very disappointing experience. I would never recommend the company to anyone. In 1 year we had 3 different property managers. Condo wasn't being rented and it was being listed at hundreds of dollars more than the surrounding condos in the same resort. I had to go down to ************ and in person confront them and our property manager was talking a bunch of nonsense about algorithms. And that's when I knew our time was finished. There's no excuse to why you're not renting a unit at competitive pricing. We gave a written notice of ending our contract at that time. We stay in our condo for a few nights and returned home to ****. This is when things got worse. Got a phone call from Match saying the condo's A/C was not working properly? Odd we were just there and it was working fine...But ok things happen I guess. Our property manager says "he can have someone come out and service it and says it should be around $600 to add the free-on."We didn't have a lot of options but to have it serviced and agreed. We now have a $1000 dollar repair charge listed on our account for the repair. I'm not thrilled about the $400 difference but it is what it is. I requested the service invoice from them...NOTHING...NOTHING...this when I realized I was probably hosed over. Our property manager said he called a vendor to come fix it (this is also in the notes on owner portal site.) But after weeks of asking for this actual invoice through emails all the sudden the service was performed internal. STRANGE? Because at first when requesting the invoice it was a answer of we haven't gotten it back yet, now it's done internally? So you had your handy man service my A/C? The repair bill is on their own little MATCH Company heading and says filled with whatever amount they said and cost. I've never seen an invoice that looked like a 3rd grader put together on the fly. I don't even know it I had a licensed technician service my A/C unit.
