    I wanted to ensure that everyone that considers using this business has easy access to all the complaints against ******* ********. Check the photos of my ****** review Ive shared. ************************************************* F BB rating doesnt respond to them. Doesnt deliver photos and when refunds are requested she blocks peoples numbers. Email address on their website bounces back as it is not active. Currently she is stating that a medical issue is causing massive delays in photographs being delivered but if you look at reviews this has been a long standing problem with this business. People paying for the package then she convinces them to pay an additional $50 for expedited delivery when she fails to deliver the photos in the 8 week period of her contract for when you submit proof approval. Then ghosts them. DO NOT do business with this company. Takes childrens birthday photos then doesnt deliver and causes memories to be lost. Despicable. Asked for a refund after not receiving photos for 6 months.

    these people are thief,very unprofessional,never got my pictures, after 5 months ,i was able thru my credit card get a refund, ******* even told me it could take two years for me to get my pictures, mind you,all i was needing to get was two edited images......we all know it does not take that long for two edited images!all they want is your money ,after they get your full payment you wont get any more response from them.when your at ******** session they keep asking for more money.plz save your time money and effort.bad company,,,,see all other reviews on yelp ****** and better business.
