************************* of the ********* office is a liar and dishonest person. I used MM July 2022 for a move based on their website. Worst experience ever. Did not wrap furniture and their employee ************************* was very rude and belligerent. Dumped my furniture in the storage unit parking lot. ***** said he would make it right. Put my stuff in the unit- still not wrapped and I had my own moving blankets- and told me he would be in touch about damages- worst being to my 6 month old leather sectional. Didnt hear from him again. Filed Consumer Complaints with ******** Atty ******** Said he needed more evidence which was provided. Disappeared- no more contact. I took them to Small Claims Court. Won a $1500 judgement. He didnt pay. Beware using these people. Every piece of my furniture has dings and nicks. Was not wrapped. So continuing on through the Brunswick County Courts and I will not stop till Im paid!!!Review fromRaymond P.

********************* tried to con my wife into some waiver to relieve him of responsibilty with our stuff after having 95 percent of it packed in his truck, tried to intimidate me into signing it then when that didnt work threatened to leave with our stuff if we didnt agree to sign a waiver. (Never signed it) Even the manager was trying to tell me how it was all our fault because their guys were a hour and a half late to get to our old home. And took a hour and a half longer to get to our new home. And how they cant deliver our stuff same day because of time. "*********************" or whatever his nickname spent more then 1 hour during the move just talking about himself! And when asked to stop talking and work he loses his temper and screams F--- YOU in front of my wife my 6 month old son and my 3 year old daughter. Leaves her crying because he leaves with all of her toys. Which was her biggest fear going into the move. All because I didnt say "please" stop talking and get to work?!***** the owner demanded payment before the job was complete and held our belongings hostage wouldnt deliver them unless we paid. Which he charged 600 bucks more then what was agreed on. And as soon as we paid is when ********************* started screaming at my family and tried to steal all of our belongings anyways.****** ridiculous words to me were:"You're not the customer, your wife is, so I'm not talking to you!" so much for families moving families. ***** tells my wife that if I press charges they will press charges but then says nothing to the police about it while they were there.(More intimidation)Not worried about it as yelling back at some jerk isnt illegal.Police contacted the owner and he was asked to return our possessions. So they just put everything on our porch and threw our stuff hap hazardly into our home. They say it was because of the rain coming. So most of our stuff got rained on and ruined.Miracle Movers

And how am I supposed to send you this information with no contact information? I can tell you ***** and **** said they were the owners and the move happened Saturday March 25th 2023 they were supposed to be there at 8 am in *********** but showed up closer to **** am. and they were supposed to give us full service moving to outside of ******. This was paid for by a third party, my father in law. The cops ended up having to be called and my Daughter has suffered nightmares because of this *************** that got aggressive because I asked him to stop talking and work.... not sure what you can do, my daughter is now traumatized by the insane behaviors of your employee out of Miracle movers of Brunswick county located in ********* **. And I will stick by my statement that **** should be in prison for his ***** like actions and aggressive behaviors around my 3 year old daughter. not to mention my wife was really uncomfortable around him as he kept flirting with her and got really mad whenever I was around. He acts like he is on drugs. I've never met anyone that cried so much about having to work in my life. So please tell me as a family orientated moving company, what should I expect as a resolution? By the way **** told me his name was ****... then he told it was big ****, or ********************* or something ridiculous and unprofessional. So that and the inability to be on time the aggression the fact that the owner ***** even tried to tell me not to talk to people a certain way then threatened my wife with pressing charges on me because i yelled at **** after the cops showed up. I have little faith that there is much you will do to fix this enormous problem within your franchise.Raymond P.

Like i said im not posting my familys information on a website. You can post your email so i can send you a email with the information you requested. However im so furious with the trauma your employee put my dauhter through that in order to preserve some sort of sanity on this matter i will not publicly disclose my wifes phone number my phone number or their names.Review fromEmily M

Let's start with the most recent experience. JOHN in the MYRTLE BEACH LOCATION...I called to ask if the Myrtle Beach location was the main headquarters. I asked John if this was the headquarters and he responded with, "What can I help you with?" I asked him again if I was calling the headquarters, and he rudely and loudly responded with, "What's your name ma'am I need your first and last name." I told him I didn't think he was the right person I needed to be speaking with...and then it began with John. John continued to speak over me, which then turned into yelling at me. Keep in mind he didn't even know why I was calling. What John doesn't know is that Miracle Movers in Charlotte DESTROYED 3 pieces of furniture in my most recent move. I've been "working with" Chris in Charlotte (I believe he is a manager) to have the damage address, repaired and accounted for. Can't seem to get anywhere with Chris and now, trying to take my concerns to another level, I get John on the line. The conversation ended (with John) when I realized he was one of the most unprofessional human beings I've ever dealt with. He was yelling at me, demanding I told him my last name, when i still only wanted to know if I was calling the corporate headquarters. He insulted me by saying I was never even moved by Miracle Movers and that I shouldn't "threaten him" with a letter (that's already been created but now will be edited to include my experience with JOHN in MYRTLE BEACH). I've never in my life had an antique family heirloom (glass panes which are not replaceable) destoyed, a 60" television destroyed (the glass shattered so no longer able to watch tv) and my refrigerator front door dented and the bottom of a fridge ripped off...and received HORRIBLE customer service and ZERO concern. WARNING, WARNING, Please don't use this service San Antonio chapter or any other chapters.
Well here is my story we hired a company called Miracle Movers / Sir ******* ******** They arrived at my apartment 6 hours later. I was clear that l wanted my heavy furniture moved first and some boxes. They spent over two hours moving boxes didn't touch my heavy item until l said no more boxes and start moving my bedroom furniture..
Their the most slowest people and money cheating people I've ever seen. The story is deep moving forward slick Willy ****** said to me the balance owing is $390.00 dollars l made myself clear what l wanted..
So than the rude black guy by the name of Lyric became very hostile toward myself and my husband he even charged at as though he was going to hit me.
I advised that he he did l was going to have him arrested.. So be careful We paid them $240 to load our truck while they sat in the parking lot and smoked cigarettes and laughed loudly and listening too much.
Then Slick ***** number two goes by the name of Lyric is it alright to take a 15 minute break cause we are hot and tried which is part of their scam to charge more money.
I want to be clear here l don't mind paying for Good service but someone over 6 hours late and demands money there is a problem.. I can go on and on this story sicken me.
My husband has MS and he couldn't hold those boxes he fell a couple of times..
Then after they called the cops on me who hired them.. $ 260 which they demanded before they unload our furniture to leave it in a parking spot and drove.
Then rude lyric sends my husband a text after we've been up 36 hours doing there job... $ 500.00 for nothing.. This company are crooks and steal from whatever you do DO NOT use them do not be fooled by there slimmy ads slick ***** advertising.
You will be duped and doing your own moving Please be aware stay away from Miracle Movers and or Sir ******* ******** Especially in San Antonio, Texas.Miracle Movers

We never received a reply because this wasn't our company that you claimed moved you. We do not have a company in *****!! Before writing a review I suggest that you call the office who you booked with and then if you get nothing from them, contact your local BBB. You put a review on the ** BBB!!
