- All Boat Rentals require 72 hours notice prior to your scheduled date for refunds. Jet Ski Tours, Jet Ski Rentals, Kayaks and Paddleboards require 24 hour notice prior to your scheduled date for refunds. All refunds will be returned via method of payment. Credit Card refunds may take 3-5 business days to receive funds back. Please keep in mind: Once you leave our dock, you are responsible for your good time! So have fun! Unfortunately, once you have left our dock with your scheduled activity you are ineligible for a refund. No shows or anyone more than 15 minutes late to a reservation will be cancelled with no refund. Sorry, no exceptions.
