    I had the unfortunate experience of working with Brighton Construction on my home construction project, and delayed writing this review because he still has to complete the one year walk through items however, its been a year and 5 months and my punch list items are still dragging along. With that being said, I cannot stress enough how nightmarish this process has been. From the very beginning, it felt like I was being taken through h*** and back again. Firstly, *** ********* is sick all the time. His health was such a concern to me that I directly questioned his ability to complete my home. Im not exaggerating he is sick or unavailable almost every other day, which led to significant delays and a complete lack of accountability. It was frustrating to have my calls and concerns brushed aside, only to learn that he was "under the weather" yet again. If a builder can't manage their health to maintain their business commitments, it raises serious concerns about their reliability. In fact, our calls were avoided so much by Mr. ********* and his construction manager that we had to drive to his home and knock on the door. AVOID AT ALL COST. Moreover, the team he assembled was nothing short of unprofessional. I encountered frequent communication breakdowns, missed deadlines (our home took an extra year to build), and a general lack of respect for the project and its timeline. To make matters worse, I later discovered that *** ********* and his company have several pending lawsuits against them. This is a major red flag that should not be ignored. It speaks volumes about their business practices and the level of service you can expect. Given the numerous issues I faced, I can confidently say there are many other options available for building your home. If you value professionalism, reliability, and a smooth construction experience, I strongly advise you to steer clear of Brighton Construction. Save yourself the headache and frustrationI wish I had. Avoid at all costs!
