    This park's customer service is terrible.

    I was informed on Friday that season passes were only being created at 10 am on Saturdays.

    I arrived promptly at 10 am, along with other guests, and waited over 20 minutes for service.

    About 15 employees walked passed us, maybe more and not one of them asked if we needed assistance or if there was anything they could do/ we needed.

    When I stopped and asked two employees for assistance they acted like they didn't know who was in charge or what do to.

    I will not be purchasing season passes for here again nor any other park associated with them.
