We are extremely pleased with the makeover of our porch into a Carolina Room. Since the porch faced north it was hard to use in the winter even with the fireplace working. Plus keeping out the pollen is a definite plus. We were kept up to date of the process when the materials were ordered, when they arrived and the date of installation. The salesman was explained the four steps for the installation. Since the windows were made by *****, we were sold as the windows that we replaced in our former house in ******** were made by the same manufacturer. We were pleased by their performance.Special thanks to the team of **** and ******. They were very courteous and professional with the installation. It was a pleasure to work with them. e We definitely recommend Carolina Home Exteriors.

Carolina Home Exteriors has been great! They installed a sunroom for us. They have kept us up to date on some delivery delays along the way. ****** and the entire team are easy to work with. we had a wonderful, wonderful experience, hasslefree from the design to the installation, and lets not forget the permit all smooth even the electrical. Excellent service from ******, who came to teach my husband and I AGAIN how to properly open and close the easy breeze windows. ****** was very patient and worked with us until we got it right. ****** came to check why I was seeing water collecting in the corners of the sill. He understood my concern and explained that the windows had weep holes. He showed me where those are found on the exterior and further explained there is a baffle that prevents rain from entering under normal storm condition. I appreciate the company sending him to follow up on my concerns and his patience in explaining that the water was I seeing after I heavy rain storm will not cause damage because it will drain away through the drain holes **** HRCarolina Home Exteriors
