***********'m currently having a 3 season room built and would like to acknowledge the roofers *********** for their professional workmanship they performed on installing my new roof. The roof looks great. Carolina Homes Exteriors is very fortunate to have these 2 men in their organization.

With the exception of the performances of the onsite installers and the new project manager, *****, who came onboard about a month before our project was completely finished, our experience with and recommendation of Carolina Home Exteriors goes way downhill after that. We signed a contract with *** on July 19, 2021 to provide a glass enclosure for our then screen porch. The project was completed on August 22, 2022 - one year and one month later. Issues encountered in between these dates included: miscommunications on when the project would start (it actually started 2 months later than anticipated); missing windows and screens with the initial install; 7 months of ** and our neighbors viewing of the manufacturer's stickers left on the windows because we were advised not to remove them until completion - only to find out later *** failed to send window cleaners after the initial install); and a wrong-sized window being delivered after waiting on it for 4 months. We do like the finished product. However, the majority of our experience with *** boils down to lack of communication from the main office to keep us informed and a job that "fell through the cracks".Carolina Home Exteriors

Clearly, your project was a victim of lingering post-COVID supply chain issues that seemingly never ended. We appreciate your acknowledgment that the manufacturing and shipping delays were outside our direct control. We have learned that we can never over-communicate. I would like to give a five star rating but an error on the *** drawing resulted in the extended ***** on the screened porch not aligning with the existing *****. The men who worked through a terrible heat wave are much appreciated, especially ****** who stayed with it from the start. **** and **** did a great job installing the roof and lining up the siding along the lower part of the room. ***** gave ** the door we wanted but thought wouldn't fit and came here often to oversee the work. **** paid attention to the smallest details and assured the final touches gave ** a porch we really like.Carolina Home Exteriors

Superior service is often witnessed when an unplanned event or error is recovered. True craftsmanship is where the rubber hits the road despite any design on paper. We had a 3-season room built in our new home. When the room was installed 2 of the windows were damaged and missing 1 of the pains, we didn't notice it but Carolina Home Exterior pointed it out and made arrangements to have the windows replaced. The replacements came in and they sent Andrew out to install the replacements, he was very professional, and did a great job installing the windows. He also helped us out with another window that was not part of his install. Working with Carolina Home Exterior and Andrew has been a pleasure.Carolina Home Exteriors

It was a pleasure doing business with this company who installed EZ Breeze vinyl windows on our screened in patio. Everything from the estimate process to the installation went extremely well. We were very pleased with the installation crew, John, Matt and Tony that just completed our Lanai. They were on time each day, working a Full day and explained the installation process. The crew was also very clean as they did the install keeping the job site free of debris. Their work performance and work ethics were professional while you could see them working with confidence, which was good to see in today's world. This crew is top notch and I highly recommend them and their company.

We had Carolina Home Exterior install Ezbreeze Windows on our back porch recently and could not have ask for a more professional job starting with the sales department and ending with a excellent installation team of Lee, Darin and their on site leader Kenneth.
