    Placed an order 1/6/25 for an opera cake. Heard nothing other than an email acknowledging receipt of order. On January 12th , using their web-site message center, I inquired if there was an expected shipping date but had no response. 3 phone calls on separate days went unanswered as did a message I left asking for a call back. 1/12 I told them that if I had no response within 24 hours I would be cancelling my order and, having had no response, told them the next day to cancel. Zero communication throughout but my credit card was charged and I am having to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

    Ordered items on 10-10-24. Items never sent. Sent message via their website. No reply. Sent email to another contact...no reply. Sent a 3rd message to another contact. Was finally responded to (two months later). I was told I would be refunded. Yet in looking at BBB and ****** reviews, this is frequently stated, but is not followed through on. I contacted my credit card company and they refunded and will do their own investigation. I realize that I should possibly have done more due diligence before ordering...unfortunately, "let the buyer beware" is still a true statement. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

    I ordered 2 packages of regular lefse and 1 package of gluten free lefse. I got an email on the same day I ordered saying my order was awaiting shipment. There was never any other communication about gluten free lefse and I still have not received it. I received 3 packages of regular lefse after only ordering 2 bit only after I complained. Do not order from this company.

    On October 14, 2022 I ordered online one 3-pound Esromchesthr brand ****** cheese at a cost of $69.99 plus $8.95 shipping. No tax was charged. I received an automatic "order confirmation" for order XXXXX on October 14.

    On the morning of October 25th I contacted the company via their chat option on the web site to ask where the order was. A person said they'd check, then said it wasn't in stock but they'd let me know on Oct. 26 the updated status.

    On October 26th I confirmed via my credit card company that I had been fully charged for the total of $78.94 on October 14.

    Hearing nothing on Oct. 26th I reached out before 5 PM via chat to cancel the unfulfilled order. I was told this would be funded. It was, on October 28th.

    The issue is he apparent use of my payment of an unshipped item being used as a 'float' for the company, shady under any circumstance, but even more so online.
