      Terrible service, unscrupulous business practices, and an essential monopoly if you want high speed internet. They do not answer the phone, they do not offer "24/7/365" service as they claim, they are more expensive than competitors, and they refuse to take responsibility for amount to fraud. They do not offer the services that they claim that they do and you do not have a choice but to use their "services" if your house falls into the unfortunate geographic locations that they "service". They need to be investigated.
