  I purchased a RV from ******* in April. It has been a terrible experience. First, I asked what the interest rate was so I could decided what was best for me financially. Was it better to finance or pay cash. The finance department took upon them selves to run a credit report on me and financed my loan at over 9%. I said I didn't ask for you to finance it, I just wanted the rate. I was told well you can just pay it off early. Then they pushed the extended warranty, I didn't want the warranty because I have had it on 3 vehicles and the extended has NEVER paid because it is always a preexisting condition. So, they push it will cover everything. Well, guess what? It doesn't. Next, my daughter took RV out first time over July 4th. One night rained a little. Fast forward in October I am going to stay in my RV while in SC. My daughter cleans camper and on shelf above bed a box is wet and light over bed will not work. I arrive and it rains one night and I wake to water running down from the shelf all over my bed. Water standing on the shelf. We find a leak and take it in. I was told they spot sealed when I bought it. Now warranty won't pay for shelf and light ruined from the leak. I can pay for it all. They pay to seal and isn't sealed, but my problem. DON'T BUY ANYTHING from BROWN's RV Superstore in *****. I am lucky I was in the camper when it rained, otherwise it could have been months on rain dripping in it.

  We had a horrible experience buying from Browns. We put a down payment on May 19th. There were supposed to fix any issues. They never order the awning as they were supposed to. Fast forward a month later we contacted them they had no idea about our we owe. This is the paper they gave us documenting what they owed us. Its ************* and we have called several times and still nothing. Their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced, I would never recommend anyone buy from them.

  I have talked with our parts and service department and the last part of the awning that we were waiting on has came in. ****** if you could please let us know a good date for you to bring the camper to us we can get the awning fixed for you. Thank you have a great day.

  They kept the rv for months and didn't do anything. Needed it and then took it back didn't to all the work and then damaged the *** stay away from them

  Wanted to rate with no star but cant. Do Not buy from them. ****************** is horrendous! It should be called the EXCUSE Department not the ******************. Lies about repairs when nothing has been done. ****** sits on their lot with nothing being done and find out a work order was never completed. They (an employee) damaged our camper and dont make sure repairs are made satisfactory. Its been almost 2 years since damaged. The repairs they did looks terrible (paint has orange peel) and the silicone job is terrible. Still has broken parts from the camper being dropped. Also requested repairs several times on different items and still has not been repaired. They always have excuses why items are not repaired.

  Very dissatisfied with this company. Warranty doesnt cover anything. I have called about several issues and have never been helped. They dont have competent service people. Window broke not long after we got it in place. It took months to get it. And I still had to pay for it. Fireplace never worked. Bedroom a/c is so loud you cant hear the television. Called them about a sewer odor coming from underneath the camper. Was told we didnt clean the black tank properly. I tried over and over to explain I needed the check valve on the vent but was told they never sold a RV with a check valve on in. I was told to take a picture and send it. Which I couldnt because my RV is on a permanent site 450 miles from my home. I had to repair the fireplace, a/c unit, kitchen Faucet, install the window, and now I had to replace the check valve. I wont have much respect for BBB if they recommend this business to anybody. I wont ever buy anything from them again. Home of the lifetime warranty is a lie. They wont warranty anything.
