"She misappropriated escrow monies required for taxes on my home which she held I am now delinquent with the treasures office and being fined She bounced the check from my escrow account with the Horry county treasures office and refuses to make good She bounced the escrow check FOUR months ago She refuses to pay the taxes or comply Escrow money is not supposed to used for any other purpose but what is contractually agreed upon It is a fiduciary violation and unethical possibly crimainal"
