    One star is probably too much for this business. The owner stopped communication with us although work was paid for yet not completed. Also Jim T******* hires fly by night subcontractors who did have experience but their workmanship was subpar most of the time. Lots of work had to be redone by contractors hired by us to complete the work and to correct faulty workmanship. Mr T******* rarely inspected the work and only showed up on payment days. He would not have subcontractors working for weeks on end, so the remodel took way longer than it needed to. Think and check before hiring this firm.
