    Tony’s RV is the definition of the “*** *** Artist”. I dropped my motor coach off at Tony’s for repairs on my HWH leveling system at Tony’s. I received and email stating that they needed to send the pump out for repair for 4-6 weeks for repair. The cost of the repair of the part would be between $2000-3200. We won’t know the cost until they repair it. We would also have 4-5 hours in labor ($160.00 per hour). I found a new pump at HWH for $1,100. and had it delivered to Tony's. long story shout; it turns out the old pump was just fine and all I really needed was a new shuttle valve that cost about $100. In addition when I contacted Tony's RV to ask a few questions regarding the trouble shooting process all I got was cussed at by the owner. Tony’s RV is dishonest, unprofessional and has no understanding of customer service.

We would like to clarify that our team has been servicing HWH components for nearly 40 years, and we take great pride in our expertise and commitment to our customers. Upon thoroughly assessing your leveling system, we determined that the original pump was not functioning correctly, producing only 1900 PSI, which is below the required threshold for proper operation. We confirmed with HWH that the pump should be producing at least 3000 PSI, which led us to conclude that a replacement was necessary to ensure the safety and reliability of your system. When we communicated this to you, you expressed an interest in purchasing your own pump to save on costs. We checked your old pump on the bench with the shuttle valve out of it, so we are confident it was not working properly and only putting out 1900 PSI. We would be interested in seeing where a certified HWH technician looked at your pump and said it was working properly. Regarding the shuttle valve, our testing indicated its necessity due to the differences between your original and replacement pumps. While we understand you opted to purchase your own pump, we stand by our diagnosis based on the tests we conducted. We also want to address your concerns about communication. Our team, including Aaron, aims to maintain a professional tone in all interactions. We regret any misunderstanding that may have occurred, but we want to clarify that Aaron did not use any inappropriate language during your conversations. Additionally, we attempted to reach you by phone to discuss the discrepancies mentioned in your review, but you did not answer so Aaron left you a very detailed voicemail, but we have not yet received a response. We genuinely want to clarify any remaining issues and ensure you have the information you need, especially since your familiarity with HWH systems suggests you would not have sought our services if you were confident in fixing them yourself.     Tony's RV and Repair overcharge for the work they do. They don't clean up the mess they make. They made our RV worse and had to take it back after waiting longer for it than they told us; and they better not charge us anymore I don't even want to go back, but they broke it, they shall fix it. Take photos of everything before you take it in. I do not recommend their work.

    Thank you for your feedback. At Tony's RV, we provide all customers with upfront fees and pricing before starting repairs. Once the work begins, our technician will only address the repairs authorized by the customer. Although the issue you experienced was not related to any of the repairs, we were willing to assist you in rectifying the matter. If you were not satisfied with the cleanliness of your unit at the time of pick up, all you had to do was notify our staff, and we would have immediately addressed any deficiencies. We value all of our customers and are committed to resolving any outstanding issues to ensure your satisfaction.

    RUDE, RUDE, RUDE PEOPLE NO customer skills. Stay away from rude people I will or would travel 1 to 2 hrs. Away like to ********** in ******** **. Great and knowledgeable customer Department.

    We are truly sorry to hear about your recent experience at our business and would like to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and the behavior of our employee. We understand how frustrating it must have been for you to encounter a rude employee who asked you to leave when we were closed. This behavior is completely unacceptable and does not align with our values of providing exceptional customer service. Upon investigating the incident, we discovered that this employee had just stopped by to pick something up while we were closed during the Christmas holiday when you showed up. He had indicated that you had walked behind the fence when he encountered you and you had apparently not seen the sign out front that indicated we were closed. However, this does not excuse the behavior displayed by our employee, and we deeply regret the impact it had on your experience. To prevent similar incidents in the future, we are conducting additional training sessions with our employees to reinforce the importance of professionalism, customer service, and accurate communication. We are also implementing new procedures to ensure that new customers know our operating hours during the holidays. We would like to make it right for you. As a token of our apology, we would like to offer you a discount on any parts you may need at this time.
