      PMSolutions of Lexington, SC, manages Village Creek of Columbia. They charges too much for HOA and have increased 2times this year with no improvement in care of property. The exterior and my unit inside is damaged from water coming from the roof. I have sent in more than 10 work orders and pictures with no success. The only response I have received is “there isn’t enough money.” Again, they are raising the HOA again 2 times in 2024. We have holes and rotten siding. The care of the Property represents how it’s being managed, which is the worst since I have owned my place of 20 years. Since letting them know how bad it is and that I want to place my unit for sale, I have been receiving offers for my unit at low, low Prices. The inside of my unit wall is beginning to get mole spots and cracks in walls due to their neglect to complete inside repairs.
      I had to send a work order to them to fix pot holes in driveways. However, they say that they make rounds out there at least twice a week but didn’t see pot holes.
