On July 20th 2019 I paid cadh to have an American Standard H/VAC installed. On day 1 it quit cooling! It quit cooling around 6-18-24. I paid $150 and only got thermostat wiring switched to get the AC working. I was told the thermostst wiring had to be rerun at a cost of $950! The condensation coming out was white and nothing was said about it! Brian's employees came and found the coils on the return is leaking freon and could cost $700! The American Standard H/VAC was installed this way! The unit is under warranty but I still may have to pay the full cost! HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND REDICULOUS TO HAVE TO PAY ANY AMOUNT FOR IT BEING INSTALLED THIS WAY!

I turned on the AC and heat came out. I called them and an employee came out and all he did was change the wires to get thé AC going. A sqúirell ate the wire nuts and wire. The condúit did not cover the wires. He said they would have to run new wiring. Í paid $150 for that! For them to rún 50 feet of thermostat wire would be $945! I was then told $550! The last call from them I was asked what would be à fair price! I DO NOT HAVE HEAT YET DUE TO HIGH PRICING!

Archer & Tray did a 6 mos. service call on my furnace & AC unit. They were professional, friendly & knew what they were doing. Archer was training Tray & explained everything he was doing while he was doing it. He was also helpful to me while I listen to him. Will request him as my service tech on all future calls.
