    Kimmy quoted one price on altering my daughter's prom dress. When we came to pick it up, she attempted to charge us $100 more than quoted. I refused to pay the higher price and held her to the quoted price. She was very angry and claimed she didn't know how much work it would take despite the fact that she also claimed to have been in business 24yrs in the same conversation. We paid the quoted price plus tax and left. She accused us of not valuing her work after we paid the price she quoted. Felt very much like a bait and switch!

    I have had several of Azazie bridesmaid dresses altered for several weddings in the past year and all have been priced from around $68-100. Its been the same alterations done each time as I always order the same size dress from Azazie. I was supposed to pick up my dress on the 25th and when I went to pick it up I was told it still wasn't done. I came back a few days later and when I picked it up I was told these basic alternations cost me $240. I would have never gone here if I had known how much it was going to cost for such simple alternations. I am very dissapointed that it was not completed by the pickup date assigned to me and also the pricing for such a simple task.
