    The owner called me angry after the technician came to my house to tell me that the Blower Motor needed to be replaced. The unit was put in by ** **** in 2019 and 'Heat Unit' has had an issue when started at the beginning of the cold season 4 years. Each time they would come out and replace something that caused the failure. Once it was a capacitor blown, another time it had something to do with the wiring to the Thermostat, then a switch, and now they said the Blower Motor failed. I told the Tech about the history. The tech seemed confused about the blower coming on in AC, and not when asking for Heat. He felt it was the 'Blower Motor'. We have this contractor do the quarterly PM's as well, so I questioned about why we could be getting the failures. The Tech was always short, maybe they had a long day, He said he would have the owner call me. Later that night, I received no call about a plan to get my heat back on. I texted the owner, and asked them to call me when he had time to discuss the issue. The owner called me right back, shouting on the phone, "Why is this my fault? " I told them we were not blaming anyone and that obviously, he received some bad information from his Tech. At the end of the conversation, he told me they would not fix it and to find someone else.
