      I did hear back from the area manager at Clarks and they determined that my reimbursement claim was valid, so they did reimburse me for the repair costs that I had incurred. They also treated for the termites, so I feel that they came back made things right.

      I have been with Clark's Termite and Pest Control for over 10 years. I am very happy with the termite control aspect of the company. However, in August 2022, I contacted the Wildlife Division of this company because I heard something in my attic. The technician came out (Daniel S.) to assess the situation. Needless to say, he's been here several times, and the situation has gotten worse. When he initially inspected our house, he did not inspect the back. On one visit when he did check the back, he found a hole near the spigot, and he promised to come fill it. When I called the office to set an appointment for this to be done (December 20, 2022), the lady on the phone told me she would get back with me. I even requested that someone else come out if possible because Daniel could not find a solution. She said he was the best and only wildlife technician they had. Each time Daniel came out, I informed him that what he was doing was not working, and he kept telling me to wait to see if rodents (or whatever it was) would eat from the bait stations. As I mentioned earlier, no resolution. Very disappointed. Would not recommend this arm of the company to anyone. Will contact another company to see if they can rectify this problem.

      NONE of the MANY voicemail messages (MANY!), text messages or requests for a manager to return my calls have been answered over the span of four months!!! FOUR! However, the business can find time to pursue its billing? Your priorities are loud and clear! Clark’s has HORRIBLE customer service.

      Riley did a very professional job. He showed on time, was very courteous and professional. I have been with Clarks for almost 20 years and have never had a bad experience.

      We have been customers for our termite bond for 16 years. Since the company was purchased last year their customer service has declined substantially. I recently tried to get them to spray at our son's rental home. Have had issues with the techs not showing up, then when they finally do show up and spray, Clark's never invoiced me. Then I start getting collection letters for something they never bothered to send me an invoice for. It is impossible to get through to them on the phone (sat on hold repeatedly and then the call kept dropping as soon as someone started to pick it up). I will not use them again.

      The Worst! Only agreed to pay me minimal amount for termite damage found by contractors and then paid me with a BAD check for $800. No apology or explanation and I had to beg for the $12 bad check fee. The "inspectors" clearly missed the termites and the damage they caused but for a 22 yr customer they were dismissive and unresponsive. Horrible company

      Clark's was a good company until it was purchased. Service changed when long time employees started to leave. I changed to a new company for my pest control and Clark's sent me an email last week that they were coming to get the bait system. I said fine. My new service came today and replaced the old bait system with a new one. The put Clark's system in a bag for them to pick up. One hour later my wife noticed someone in our yard. She went to see and the Clark's guy was removing our new bait system. There was no email, text, call, or a knock on the door to let us know there were coming. I can not believe any reputable company would walk around my house without notification. I do not and will not recommend this company.

      Bryson was timely, professional, and clear about what to expect from the service. Bryson is an asset to your company. I will certainly recommend Clark's to friends who need an exterminator.

      Extremely unprofessional, if I could give negative stars I would. Clarks never showed up for the original appointment. When I called the next day they didn't answer so I texted their customer support where they told me they rescheduled for the next week. The day of the second appointment arrives and shocker - no one shows up yet again. When I call this time they hung up on me so yet again I text their service. No response so I text again the next day only to be told they rescheduled for the following week. After finally getting through to the agent there was no explanation for the missed appointments so I cancelled completely. If you live anywhere in the Greenville area you're better off spraying yourself instead of dealing with the headaches this "company" gives.
