    I had Ards contracted to repair some major damage in my home. Paid in full fir work that was not done and work nit completed. It has been over two years since they walked away from the job. I have had no response when I attempt to contact him. I paid $2000.00 cash for a dehumidifier that was never installed in my crawl space. French drains started snd never completed. Screened porch addition that was never stained and a deck that was never stained or finished. Come yo find out, per discussion with another person, Mr. Ard did not even have a contractors license. He even removed a piece of furniture from my home and has not returned it. Mr.Ard had since closed his pest control business and that was how I attempted to get hold of him. Mr. Tony Ard came yo my home in October of 2022 and said he would be at my home in two weeks to complete the job and he has never shown up. There was flooring that they laid that is popping up, baseboards never finished, painting left unfinished, snd I am now having to hire people to complete jobs that I have already paid for. I wish there was some recourse for me to make them finish the job and to my satisfaction. Sadly, I am another older woman who lives alone that was taken advantage of paying for work never completed and can’t even get my furniture back. One star is the least that this app allowed me to choose but I would give them a 2 star NEGATIVE rating.
