      We have stayed at *** Barrington Court for several years. It has great ocean views and amazing sunrises. We enjoy the wraparound balcony, It is a beautiful unit with a recently updated kitchen. Beach Properties has always been great to work with.

      We recently spent a week at ******** on ***. This trip was a special celebration for retirement and a celebration of our grandson graduating high school. The visit started with rain but our accommodations were so lovely that it really didnt matter. We visit *** yearly and have done so for 40 plus years. This was my favorite stay of all. *. *******

      We have been renting from Beach Properties two times a year for a number of years. We keep coming back to them because they are extremely efficient. Their rental system is very streamlined and effortless. The personnel are very friendly and knowledgeable. If any issues arise in the rental they have excellent support and the problems are taken care of in a timely manner. We would never use anyone else after experiencing the excellent service they always give.

      Beach Properties were great to work with and very professional. The unit we booked *** Barrington Court has great ocean views and amazing sunrises. The unit is well maintained, clean and the kitchen has been recently upgraded. Beach Properties always takes care of any problems we have had which are very minimal. *** *** ***** **** *************  Pa.

      We have just returned from a vacation in 1834 Beachside Tennis on Hilton Head.We have been visiting *** for over 10 years, so can offer a very informed comparison of this accommodation and others we have used ******* summary, 1834 was an excellent choice. Offering great views across *************** (and the omnipresent dolphins) the department was well furnished - in the lounge, kitchen and both bedrooms (the beds were extremely comfortable. It had been thoroughly cleaned before we arrived.But I must pay especial thanks to the admin and maintenance staff at Beachside Properties. There was a minor premises issue which *****, the maintenance manager, took care of immediately. A much better experience than some other companies we have used. The admin ladies were equally helpful.All in all a great experience at 1834 BT; so much so we have rebooked the apartment in September.

      We stayed at the **************** for four weeks mid-March to mid-April. Fabulous location! Ocean view, beach front, terrific pools make for a most enjoyable stay. Unit 2412 is very nice and spacious for both the master bedroom and guest bedrooms. We've stayed at *** for the last 3 springs...this was by far the nicest unit that we have rented. Beach Properties is also very easy to work with.
