    I locked myself out of my car, and realized my Triple A membership of course expired one week ago. In a panic I called the first locksmith that came up on ******. I asked for a quote and they would not give me one. Said they would be there in 20 minutes, an hour later I called to ask for an *** and they said they would be there "soon." Finally a car pulls up with no company name, and a man gets out yelling on the phone in a different language. Doesn't introduce himself, just gets the lock opener out of the trunk and opens my car. Still on the phone, he asks for payment. I get my card out and he hands me a piece of paper stating it will be $215. I was shocked. Reluctantly I hand my card over and he TEXTS MY CREDIT CARD INFO to someone. Still on the phone, has not hung up since stepping out of the car. The "receipt" I got had no company name, no address, no phone number. He gets in the car and drives away. Standing there completely baffled, almost in tears, I go back on ****** to see what company I just called. I realized then that there was actually no company name. In my panic, I clicked on the first ****** result without actually realizing what I was clicking on. I feel like I was involved in something extremely sketchy and potentially illegal. I do not feel safe that my card information was texted to somebody. I only found out the company name after I got the charge on my card. Now my information is floating around out there in a text message. I am beyond floored. After crying my eyes out, I decided to contact the BBB. I don't know how this "company" is the first result on ****** when you search "locksmith." I feel so unsafe about my card. Praying nothing happens

    We had a tech come out to rekey two door locks. We were told that what we had couldn't be re-keyed and needed new locks altogether to which we were verbally quoted $189. A bit steep considering the k**** that he replaced them with were very basic. He was there a total of 20 mins, and our invoice totaled over $1,000.Close to $800 for the k**** and locks $200 for labor $70 for tax An absolute rip off, and price gouging at its finest. We ended up removing what was used on our doors and refused to pay the obscene amount of money they tried to get away with charging. Do not use this company or their services.

    Goldy ************************** LLC charged me an absurb amount to repair garage in the afternoon on Jan 20 2024..I am from out of town. I called around and no one would of charged me $416, They all quoted $1000 less I was totally taken advantage of and scammed. Do not ever call them. This is insane pricing or a garage door opener

    Goldy ************************** LLC charged me $416 to unlock my car in the afternoon on Nov 1st, 2023...I am from out of town. I called around and no one would of charged me $416, They all quoted under $150. I was totally taken advantage of and scammed. Do not ever call them. This is insane pricing or a SIMPLE LOCKOUT OF YOUR CAR.
