    The veterinarian owner of this clinic has allowed this animal clinic to become an uncaring facility. The front desk is disorganized. The office manager has no control over the neglect and disheartening treatment shown by the veterinarian and her staff. The clinic does not care about their long term clients and will over book their appointments. They will tell scheduled appointments they cannot be seen and make no effort to reschedule the appointment. This happens because the owner would rather take unscheduled urgent walk in new clients instead of following up on existing clients and over look problems with their pets because the owner is not focused or listening to their clients. They abandon care when it comes to following up on surgery patients by telling them they don’t have time to see them for the scheduled follow up visits. Instead they have unlicensed vet techs performing exams on these scheduled appointments. There by having the techs make diagnoses and relaying the information to the owner to sign off on without seeing the patient. This owner should step away from this practice and stop seeing new patients until the practice can restaff, reorganize, and treat their long term clients properly.
