If only I could give zero stars I would. Since September we have been waiting for our sign to be completed. So many excuse, flat tire, had to pick son up from school, sickness, sickness, storm ( I get it), too cold, etc etc. Finally installing day January 6th 2025 on January 2, 2025 payment paid in Full and stated installing day, reviewed sign with noted small letters were still in production. (Originally stated sign would be installed before Thanksgiving but that didn't happen. No product to review prior to installation). January 6th arrived on site 1 hour 36 minutes late without a call ( I had to call them) and in stalled partition of sign without discussion first, that the night prior THEY decided to do the small letters on a board rather individual as agreed upon. However they did not have it ready. So no finish product on installation day and the sign cross doesn't light up. Notified that cross does light up and was told it would be fixed ASAP. Incomplete sign and Cross in the Church sign doesn't light up. Still waiting and receiving only excuses. But they have received 100% of payment. We have extended grace and leniency. Totally frustrated with the look of the Incomplete sign on the side of the Church. Looks bad and doesn't represent who we are. I have multiple emails from the Owner, sales and project manager with so many promises and yet still without a finish product but payment in Full. Please advise.

We did install the sign, it is completed. We installed the sign in early January, and the small set of letters that read “Church of god international” had a last minute change due to the fact that they could not be direct mounted to the wall so we had to place them on a panel. The only thing that remains is swapping out the purple on the cross, I have notified the customer that we have had supply chain issues in ordering this purple color. Other than that the job is done, and our normal terms is 50% upon agreement of work, and 50% payment before installation to help us with our installation costs. I hate that we ran late on installing the letters, but everything is installed and as soon as the new purple comes in we will correct that as well.
