    Extremely disappointed..everything was fine until we had to pick up our camper. We drove over 3 hours away to do service with them since they were an authorized *********** dealer (we plan to move to the area, so I would have thought they would have want to keep us as a customer). I know help is hard to find nowadays, but they brought our camper around to the front for us to pick up and the guy with the tractor literally dropped our camper down. When he did this, he broke our camper stand. We spent 2-3hours there while they tried to make it right, as we were on our way to camp for the night, and they couldn't find any parts in stock. We had to drive home (missed our camping) and we had to drive back to pick it back up. Mistakes happen. We are easy going people, but when you make a mistake that is costly to your client a good business makes it right somehow. They fixed our camper stand, but we spent over $300 doing repairs with them and it cost US an extra $110 in gas to have to make an extra trip, our time on the weekend and $40 for a camp spot that wasn't budgeted for this repair. I explained this to them multiple times and they just said "Sorry".....There are worse things in life. I know that more than most, but they could have given us a credit on our bill or something as a good faith effort. I would have given them a totally different review, but the service manager didn't, so I write this review instead. I go out of my way to write excellent reviews when businesses do a great job, but I also write constructive criticism when I think they could do better with an easy fix. We tried to get the manager to make it right, but he didn't. DO BETTER for your customer's. We shouldn't have had to come out of POCKET for YOUR Mistake. I would have been totally fine with the inconvenience, if you would have covered the additional cost it cost us to do business with you. The mistake was PURE CARELESSNESS on the part of your employee.
