    I did not sign a contract. I told them I would try their service. Initially they performed a pest control treatment on Friday, June 28, 2024. Charge was to be $149 for initial treatment, subsequent payments were to be $49. per quarter. That was my understanding. On 7/9/24 they hit my credit card for $149., which I agreed to. On 7/15/24 they hit my credit card with another $49. I called and asked what it was for. They responded that it was $49. per month after the initial payment of $149. Keep in mind, they come quarterly for the pest control. I told them to cancel and do not come back. Their response was I signed a contract, untrue, and had to pay them for the year. I filed a dispute with ******** **** and they have stopped charges to the account. I continue to receive emails regarding payment, which I am not going to pay. I was told that it would go to "collections" and I told them three times to do whatever is necessary but I am not paying for their service. I have never seen such a flagrant "bill of sale" and then not stand behind their word and my understanding.
