I cannot recommend this company. I used Swamp Rabbit Moving, LLC for a move in July 2024 from one house to another about 12 miles apart in the same town. Several pieces of furniture, a door, and a wall were damaged by the movers and a furniture repair service was sent out twice to view the damage and make repairs. The repair service said the visible dent and scratches on the front of the refrigerator door could not be fixed, and the tears made to a couch could not be made because they can't repair material. The company is resolving the issues of the refrigerator and couch with me now, over four months since the move. The supervisor who was there the day of the move saw the damage to the refrigerator and the couch and made a note of it to report to the company. I have since found damage to other pieces of furniture including a piece of a foot on a buffet which fell off, scrapes and scratches on a chest of drawers and scratches on a coffee table which the company has repaired. A hole was put in one wall, with the sheet rock dust still on the floor, when they moved a two drawer wood file cabinet into place. A repair person was sent out and did a good job repairing the hole. The repair people are from a different company and they are very professional. The damages are repaired except for the refrigerator and couch. There was no explanation on how the couch which is 5 years old and in excellent condition got two tears on it and the material underneath it was hanging down during the move. I will have to replace the couch because both tears are very obvious.

Mrs. ******, we appreciate your feedback and sincerely regret that your moving experience did not meet expectations. At Swamp Rabbit Moving, we take accountability seriously and always strive to resolve any issues that arise during a move. Regarding your concerns, we want to note that we have gone above and beyond our contractual obligations to provide a fair resolution, including offering a settlement that exceeded what was required to make things right. Our goal is always to ensure customer satisfaction, even in challenging situations. However, we also believe it is important to acknowledge the conduct of all parties involved. Before the move even began, our crew experienced extreme rudeness and hostility, including behavior that bordered on physical aggression. Our team remained professional and committed to completing the job despite the difficult circumstances. We stand by our commitment to professionalism and customer service, and while we understand that moving can be stressful, we ask that respect be maintained on both sides. We wish you the best moving forward.

Our packers (Justin, Adrienne, Carlos, and AJ) were prompt, friendly and efficient. They did not waste a single minute, but worked steadily and with such positive attitudes. They were a pleasure to have in the house. We are all boxed and ready for the big move. ***** ******

I have had a long drawn out move from out of state to SC and Swamp Rabbit Moving was the best part of it. I had some high maintenance requests and they were amazingly accommodating. Every person I came in contact with was friendly and happy to assist. The team that unloaded my containers today (Corey, Brady, Austin, and Thedarius) were careful, professional, and efficient. Ashley responded to every email and phone call I made quickly and with solutions to my moving needs. I wish I had used them from beginning to end of this move, it would have been significantly less stressful. I never want to move again, but if I do I will be hiring Swamp Rabbit Moving!!

I am so impressed by Corey and Tay and the whole Swamp Rabbit Moving experience! These guys drove all the way out to Colorado to pack and bring back my mom’s stuff. It was a huge job, but they made it look easy! Very professional and efficient. They had all mom’s things here in three days. Everything was securely packed and organized. If you are looking for a moving company, there is no other choice but Swamp Rabbit Moving!

Wow, those guys from Swamp Rabbit Moving Company were absolutely amazing! Jackson and his crew did an outstanding job. It was my first time ever using a moving company, and I have to say, from the moment I made that initial phone call, I knew I had made the right choice with Swamp Rabbit. They were super professional, incredibly efficient, and always right on schedule. I can't recommend them enough for all your moving needs. They've definitely earned a customer for life in me. Thanks a bunch, guys!

Had a video estimate by Swamp Rabbit, which was their first mistake. It should always be an in person estimate. When the movers were 2/3 complete filling their truck, they told me another truck was requested and I had to pay an additional $2,000. This was quite the surprise and I was not on board with this decision at all. They tried to fit everything on truck #1, when that plan failed, they tried to fit remaining items into my already filled SUV. Knowing I still had 12 days remaining on my current lease, they asked if I was ok returning and retrieving the items. I said "yes", and off they went. When I had a look at what was remaining, I called them and told them to turn around, come get what is left and I would challenge the extra truck fee. It would have taken three, 3 hour round trips for me to retrieve the items. It was not my error. It was the error of the person who did the video estimate. The next morning the owner texted me and apologized and reduced the $2K to $300. I could live with that. I called him five days after delivery, and told him: 1. The box springs were upside down and I (a 60 year old, 145 lb. female) had to remove the mattress and flip it back over) 2. The 2 ft. hose to my hose reel was not remove from the home I left and they needed to reimburse me 3. A door stopper was broken off the wall and I was not notified (the following are newly found issues) 4. I had to purchase a new dryer vent, the old one was missing 5. The movers damaged walls at the new place and covered with furniture 6. My desk was assembled backwards and I had to hire a handyman to reassemble properly 7. I cannot locate the accessories to my air compressor 8. Missing a battery charger for my electric blower It's been over a week and no response from Swamp Rabbit. I am just a number to them.
