      I have an issue when I was told my yard was service and it was not. I. 2023 I had a backyard full of weeds and I feel like the worker services the front yard and not the backyard. This year I did not request for my yard to be serviced but it was serviced anyway. It was said that ant treatment was provided but I have a yard full of ant mounds and the video was sent. This is the response

      We appreciate you reaching out and also allowing us to see what you are experiencing on your lawn. I wanted to ask if you had seen actual active ants near the mounds? After reviewing the video you sent to us and speaking with our operations manager, it looks as if those mounds could possibly not be fire ant related. We are seeing a lot of these currently in other lawns. Its possible that what you're seeing is from other insects. If you are seeing active ants we would be happy to come back out and treat for the ants. We will come out as many times as needed to take care of the ants for you. We want the best for you and your lawn.

      The owner of the company is very rude. Was there for a meeting and he came in and told us that he doesn't care about us or the company and can shut the doors today and still be rich enough for him and his kids and kids kids to be comfortable. I came in one day to get pay stubs for a new car I just got approved for and they fired me bc some of my customers from the week before after a rain storm had a few weeds in the yard. But keep in mind they told us how to mix all the stuff. Idk it just seems like a joke in management. Thank god bc god had better plans. It just shows that the employees don't mean nothing to them.
