  This is the company you want in your crawlspace! We used them for structural repair work on a lake house. We had two other quotes before a friend recommended Crawlspace Medic. The other companies used doom and gloom and scare tactics to convince us we needed their company to do the work right away. Rick showed up and brought hope and a solid plan for tackling our issues. His company was professional, thorough, and completed their work at their quoted price. Rick took photos of all the issues in the crawlspace and then created detailed drawings of the crawlspace, noting and explaining each area of concern in a manner that was easy to understand. After the work was finished, he again photographed the crawlspace and gave us after photos and diagrams. Finally, he came out 3 months later and did a re-check to make sure everything was staying as it should. The re-check did NOT create an additional charge. I have nothing but positive things to say about Rick and his company. Thank you Crawlspace Medic for helping us resolve our very stressful structural problems!

  Service inspector Evan emailed pictures of the crawl space including humidity meter readings and answered all of my questions prior to scheduling the job. A white plastic vapor barrier was professionally installed after the team removed old construction materials from the crawl space. Wireless indoor/outdoor humidity & temperature monitor was also installed. Everyone on the team was polite and very knowledgeable of their business. I would recommend using this business.

  We received three different quotes for the work to be done on our crawl space before choosing Crawl Space Medic. Evan was great to work with during the planning stages. He patiently answered all our questions. He followed up with us without being pushy. We had a vapor barrier and dehumidifier installed, as well as the vents repaired. Jeremy and Gabe did the work and did an excellent job. They were kind in connecting the drain of the dehumidifier to our existing drain system. They sealed all of the vents except for two for cross ventilation. Last year, we had the house rewired and the electricians did not hang the wires in the crawl space. Jeremy and Gabe hung the wires for us so that we no longer had to worry about live wires being on the ground. They really went above and beyond. It was so nice to finally work with an honest company where all the employees are professional and courteous.

  I very much appreciate that Will came out and inspected our crawl space in a timely and very professional manner. He made recommendations that were consistent with three other estimates that we received. He provided us with a timely response and answered all our questions quickly and thoroughly.

  I could not recommend Crawlspace Medic enough. I have used them personally for my own home as well as recommended them countless times for my real estate clients. If you want your crawlspace repaired right the first time, and to not deal with issues when selling your home, give them a call!

  I ordered material from them to install a vapor barrier under my house. They provide high quality materials at affordable prices and they did not try to rip me off by selling me something I didn’t need. They provide a 10mil barrier which you can’t buy at a local hardware store and it looks way better and last longer than the 6mil you can buy elsewhere. Worth the investment! They are a very respectable and responsible group and I would highly recommend for your crawlspace needs!

  Spent almost $13000 to have work under my home done. They finished the job but no one ever said anything about joist being rotten and broken in half under my home. No one ever made the effort to come back out to do a structural inspection or nothing. If I could post pics of the joist that my wife, daughter, son, and myself was walking on top of I would. I wouldn’t recommend doing business with them now to anyone.

  We appreciate the feedback, and thank you for your time on the phone yesterday. We apologize for any miscommunication, and want to clarify the sequence of events that we discussed on the phone. We notified you about the structural damage during our initial visit / inspection, and communicated those issues to you in conversation and in writing (refer to our quote and invoice). A proper evaluation of framing damage isn't possible until the floor insulation is removed, so we planned (as communicated in the initial quote) to recommend repairs after full visibility was achieved. We believe recommending specific structural repairs and providing pricing with limited visibility is irresponsible, and leads to over (or under) quoting customers, setting them up for unexpected costs and change orders.  Once our "Phase 1" work was completed, we'd be able to make a return visit and recommend repairs for "Phase 2". Our Phase 1 work had a great outcome that we were both pleased with, and we had not yet made our return visit when you first reached back out to us. We've made multiple offers for a return visit, but we understand that you've gone a different direction for those Phase 2 framing repairs.  Like we mentioned on the phone, we have the highest standards for our communication and customer satisfaction, and we do wish that we could have left a better impression with you.   The damage that was discussed was that of the subfloor that I informed the employee of when he came out to look under the house and do the estimate. I made it clear that the subfloor was gone and that’s the damage we discussed.
